"Call upon Me, I will respond to you"
With hope in the heart, seeking entry into the court of the most forgiving and the most merciful Lord Allah ﷻ
Friday Dua: July 11, 2025
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
وَإِذَا يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ قَالُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦٓ إِنَّهُ ٱلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّنَآ إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبْلِهِۦ مُسْلِمِينَ ٥٣
When it is recited to them, they declare, “We believe in it. This is definitely the truth from our Lord. We had already submitted1 ˹even˺ before this.”
Surah Al-Qasas, 28:53
السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ
May Allah’s endless mercy, peace, and blessings surround the entire ummah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. May Allah ﷻ bless you with contentment, joy, peace, tranquility, and His love in this world and the next. May His mercy surround you, protect you, facilitate your path to Him, and continue to make you a blessing and source of comfort for everyone around you. Aameen.
On this blessed day of Jummah, in this sacred month of Muharram, the month of Allah, we glorify our Lord Allah ﷻ for His infinite mercy and grace, for His generosity, kindness, and love that sustains us and protects us in every moment. Ya Allah, our dependence on You is absolute in this world and the next. Ya Allah, we need You in every moment. Our security is dependent on You, our sustenance is dependent on You, our gratitude is from You, and our patience is from You. Ya Allah, our salvation is in Your servitude and in following Your beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in this world. Ya Allah ﷻ send abundant and unlimited peace and blessings upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, his family and his beloved companions, bless us with a gift of sincere and accepted repentance, forgive all our shortcomings, mistakes, abuse and neglect towards You and all Your creation, wipe our records clean and turn all our evil deeds into deeds that are beloved to You.
Ya Allah, we come to You for all our needs, big or small, heavy or light. We come to You for everything Ya Allah, for salt in our food, for the ability to chew that food, for the blessing of sight, for the ability to think, read, and write, for the ability to move, for being able to breathe and for every favor You have done us Ya Allah. Our minds can't list it all, we can never acknowledge it all, and we can never express gratitude that befits Your generosity. Ya Allah, we can only acknowledge our dependence upon You, we need You, and we are blessed to have You by our side. Ya Allah, we need Your friendship, we need Your love, we need Your assistance, we need Your generosity, and we need Your light in our lives, Ya Allah. Ya Allah, You created us and You have guided us. Had You not guided us, we would surely be the losers. Ya Allah, our good deeds are from You, allow us to carry these out only for You and allow these deeds to be raised back to You, and we beg that these be accepted by You. Ya Allah, this is our only hope. Our hope is tied to Your mercy and acceptance. Ya Allah, we ask that You bless our hearts with Your true knowledge. Ya Allah, shine Your light in our souls, remove the veils from our hearts, and allow us to get closer to You in every moment. Ya Allah, allow us to prepare for our meeting with You. Ya Allah, we will all stand in front of You. Ya Allah, veil our faults in the hereafter as You have veiled us in this world when we stand in front of You. Ya Allah, make the day of reckoning easy for us, grant us shade under Your throne, make our good deeds heavy on the scale, and bless us with our books in the right hands. Ya Allah, bless us with light in the darkness of that day, allow us to pass over Sirat with lightning speed. Ya Allah, don't allow us to even go near the fire on that day. Ya Allah, bless us with a drink from the blessed hands of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Ya Allah, allow us to enter Paradise with Him ﷺ. Ya Allah, make us the fortunate ones to hear the greetings of peace from the angels. Ya Allah, reunite us all with our loved ones and the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in Jannat Ul Firdaus and bless us with a gaze upon Your noble countenance. Ya Allah, we ask for lofty stations, knowing full well our true worth. Ya Allah, we are sinners and not deserving of any of Your favors. We beg that You treat us with Your unprecedented mercy, generosity, and kindness, and not according to our deeds. Truly, nothing is beyond the mercy of our Lord. Aameen
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَباَرِكْ عَلىَ سَيِّدِناَ وَمَوْلاَناَ مُحَمَّدٍ
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ، وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى
الْمُرْسَلِينَ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِين
